PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation heat-insulating structure of a building, which can facilitate the detection of the presence or absence of the intrusion of a termite into a foundation heat-insulating material, the checking of an intrusion path, and the application of termite-proof re-treatment. SOLUTION: The upside and downside foundation heat-insulating materials 4 and 5 adheres at a vertical interval to an inside surface 3a of a rising portion 3 of a continuous footing 2 which is constructed on the outer peripheral portion of the building 1. A concrete slab 6 on grade is constructed on underfloor ground 7 so as to be placing-jointed inward from the downside foundation heat-insulating material 5. A corner member 9 is detachably attached to a top surface 6c of the concrete slab 6 and an inside surface 4a of the upside foundation heat-insulating material 4 in such a manner as to close a gap 8 between the upside and downside foundation heat-insulating materials 4 and 5.
