PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade attachable and detachable to and from any hat, bandana or the like, and having a function for separating the sunshade from the neck and the face to prevent the sunshade from touching or pasting to the neck or the face. SOLUTION: The sunshade includes a sunshade sheet for shading direct sunlight, an attaching mechanism for attaching the sunshade sheet to the hat, bandana or the like, and a flexible sheet-holding mechanism capable of being freely transformed with a small force, resisting to the weight of the lifted sunshade sheet to keep the state of lifting the sunshade sheet and of hanging the sheet so as to be separated from the neck or the face.
