PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine composition for treating neurological disorders and neurodegenerative diseases, particularly pain and migraine. SOLUTION: The medicine composition comprises combining an effective amount of a compound expressed by the formula, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle, diluent or diluent base.
