PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-standing bag with an intermeshing implement which has self-standing property and re-sealing function and has a shape with a large storage capacity of a content. SOLUTION: The self-standing bag is composed of a front face body material, a back face body material, a bottom material, and a top material, and is provided with a body part in which the front face body material and the back face body material are arranged so as to oppose each other. The bottom material folded inside is inserted into the lower end part of the body part to provide a bottom part, and the top material folded inside is inserted into the upper end part to provide a top part. An opening part formed at the upper end of either one of the front face body material or the back face body material opposing the top material of the top part is provided, and the peripheral edge except the opening part is heat-bonded. In the self-standing bag with the intermeshing implement, the top material forming the opening part and either one of the front face body material and the back face body material opposing the top material are extended upward, and the intermeshing implement made of a synthetic resin intermeshing each other for opening and closing the opening part is provided.
