<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when installing a prescribed accessory on a cover member holding an airbag, and to more exactly simultaneously install the prescribed accessory and the airbag. <P>SOLUTION: In this arrangement structure, the airbag 16 to be inflated and deployed between an occupant and a vehicle body 11, the cover member 17 holding the airbag 16 in a folded state and installed on the vehicle body 11, and a wire harness 26 installed on the cover member 17 are provided.
