<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and accurate technology for amplifying a single-stranded DNA. <P>SOLUTION: The technology for amplifying a single-stranded DNA comprises a first step for complementarily combining a fixed base sequence region contained in a ribonucleic acid chain with a single-stranded probe DNA having a base sequence part complementary to the base sequence region and a primer sequence part coupled to a 3' terminal side in the base sequence region, and a second step for repeating a process for using the single-stranded probe DNA as a template and amplifying a single-stranded DNA complementary to the single-stranded probe DNA from the primer sequence as a starting point. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
