INTERLOCKING BLOCK FORMED BY RECYCLING TOTAL OF DEMOLISHED CONCRETE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking block formed by recycling total demolished concrete and a method of producing the same.

SOLUTION: The interlocking block using the recycled demolished concrete comprises mixing cement and water with demolished coarse aggregate having size exceeding a prescribed dimension and fine particles having size equal to or below a prescribed dimension which are obtained by grinding and classifying a primarily crushed material produced by crushing the demolished concrete and molding the mixture, and is characterized in that the demolished coarse aggregate and the fine particle are in a prescribed weight ratio, unit quantity of mixed cement is 300-500 kg/m3, and water cement ratio is 25.0-38.3%.
