<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development device where the pumping volume of a developing agent is uniformized in the axial direction of a carrier screw, thus image density unevenness caused by the ununiformity of the feed of the developing agent can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding a development device provided with: a carrier screw 6K2 for stirring and mixing a developing agent; and a development member 6K1 whose peripheral surface is carried with the developing agent pumped out by the carrier screw 6K2, and performing the visible image treatment of an electrostatic latent image, the developing agent pumping-up position in the stirring screw 6K2 to the development member 6K1 is provided with a flexible sheet 200 with a tip bulging toward the upper peripheral surface of the carrier screw 6K2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
