PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of further effectively cooling a beverage through a simple mechanism by actively using melting heat of ice, and being made in various sizes from a large one to a small one according to the purpose due to the simple structure. SOLUTION: Air is supplied to cooling ice 3 by a blower such as a fan 1 to melt the ice 3, whereby a beverage is cooled by actively using the melting heat of the ice.
