PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping system having a throttling element such as a throttle valve, orifice, etc. likely to be a factor to oscillate the piping and provide a method of manufacturing the piping system, the throttling element being capable of preventing a large pressure pulsation from being generated in the piping in its position downstream of the throttling part. SOLUTION: For the piping system 7 having the throttling part, the liquid column vibration mode is calculated with the throttling element serving as a closed end and the piping outlet as an open end, and a piping support structure is provided in which the part with the inflection point of the calculated mode becomes rigid.
