摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel carbon nanotube which especially shows good affinity to metal atoms, especially to a gold atom, a silver atom or the like, without losing the mechanism and character inherent in the carbon nanotube, and has functions such as self-organization, an antibacterial character or the like and in which a specific organic nitrogen functional group is introduced on the surface thereof, and to provide a method for simply and stably preparing the above carbon nanotube without using a poisonous gase, which has been conventionally used in this kind of method. SOLUTION: A compound in which an aminoalkyl group is bound on the surface of carbon nanotube is prepared by reacting a carbon nanotube and an aliphatic nitril expressed by the following general formula (1) under the irradiation of an ultraviolet radiation.
