LAMINATED GLASS, MELTABLE FRIT, AND METHOD FOR BEDDING WORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the laminated glass and fusible frit being used for reducing the usage a release agent, and to provide a method for bending work. SOLUTION: The laminated glass 10 comprises a front-face glass sheet 1 and a back-face glass sheet 3, to both of which the bending processes with heating process are applied; an intermediate film 5 between the front- and back-face glass sheets 1 and 3 opposed to each other and a coating layer 4 provided between the front-face glass sheet 1 and the above film 5. The coating layer 4 comprises a fusible glass frit layer 4a containing black color pigments and an electroconductive layer 4b thereon. The frit added with a predetermined amount of highly crystalline silver is prepared on the fusible glass frit layer 4a and the electroconductive layer 4b. In a bending process, the release agent is sprayed on the front-face glass sheet 1 on which the coating layer 4 is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
