PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet carrying device of a simple structure, capable of efficiently carrying a tablet by the rotational movement of the tablet itself, without tablet jam. SOLUTION: A tablet passing control plate having a substantially triangular cutout part for restricting the simultaneous passing number of the tablet to two or less and/or a tablet erection control plate having a contact projection piece for erecting the tablet in a vertically flat state in the carrying direction and passing the tablet one by one is horizontally arranged in a trough having a substantially V-shaped carrying groove.
