PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid device excellent in durability, for effectively damping the pulsation generated from a pump device without increasing the size of a whole device. SOLUTION: A pump chamber 20 slidably storing a plunger 19 and having a variable capacity is provided in a cylinder 10. A delivery chamber 22 communicating with the pump chamber 20 through the delivery valve 39 is provided.
