A powder sampling method and device by pneumatic transferring from a middle-long distance, comprises a constant quantity sampler (5), a sampling head (4) set on the powder container or tube (1) and a sample transferring tube (3). The sample transferring tube is connected with the sampling head on one end, and connected with the constant quantity sampler on the other end. According to the invention, the sampling device could gather powder sample from 50-1000 meters distance to an instrument or a laboratory for analyzing, could be auto-controlled and could sample precisely.
