On the surface of the reflecting layer (63), a plurality of recessed sections (68) and protruding sections (67) are formed. The recessed sections (68) are formed corresponding to opening sections (65) of the metal layers (56), and the protruding sections (67) are formed by reflecting the shape of the semiconductor layer (62). A plurality of adjacent pairs of the recessed sections (68) along a certain direction include two pairs having different intervals between the recessed sections (68), and a plurality of adjacent pairs of the protruding sections (67) along a certain direction include two pairs having different intervals between the protruding sections (67).</p>
