The vehicle (1) has two lateral main bearing units (10) fixed in a vehicle body (9) by a carrier body. Supporting parts (12) extend from the main bearing units in a direction of parts of movable roof (2), where the supporting parts lie above a window breaking line (13). The supporting parts extend in a vertical vehicle longitudinal plane. The main bearing units are provided with fastening flanges at the vehicle body. The fastening flanges are aligned opposite to the main bearing units and fixed at the body in an aligned position. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a cabriolet roof.
