<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a transfer sheet which is for use in a technique comprising printing a pattern or the like on the transfer sheet with an ink-jet printer or color copier, half cutting the sheet along the contour of the pattern or the like to remove unnecessary parts, subsequently transferring the pattern or the like to a retack film, and hot-pressing the transferred pattern or the like against a fabric or the like to thereby transfer the pattern or the like and with which a pattern or the like having a unique metallic tone can be transferred to a fabric or the like. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The transfer sheet comprises a substrate whose upper surface has been optionally treated with a release agent and, superposed on the substrate in the following order, an adhesive layer (A), a barrier layer (B), a vapor-deposited metal layer (C), and a transparent ink-receiving layer (D).
