<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correcting method of a color filter by which baking unevenness and lack of baking are not produced, while only a correction part is favorably baked and hardened and further resetting of heater intensity is unnecessary for every item. <P>SOLUTION: (A) an IR spot heater 10, in which an IR spot diameter ϕ1 can be adjusted and heater intensity is controlled so that an irradiation section is held at a set temperature according to real temperature measurement of the irradiation section, is used as a heat source; and (B) an IR radiation thermometer 20, in which a measurement spot diameter ϕ2 can be adjusted at measurement of real temperature of the irradiation section and real temperature of the irradiation section is measured during irradiation of IR rays, is used. Then, a correcting liquid 54 is heated in a state where temperature of the correcting liquid (a correction part) is held at the set temperature by controlling the heater intensity according to real temperature to bake and harden the correcting liquid 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
