PRINTING METHOD USING CONCAVE PLATE OFFSET PRINTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous printing based on a concave plate offset printing which keeps the occurrence of piling phenomenon reduced and the continuous printing number of times increased until the piping phenomenon occurs.

SOLUTION: In the printing method of a coating film using the concave plate offset printing method in which a printing plate 10 having a concave-shape pattern 10a is filled with a printing ink 11, the filling ink 11 is transferred from the printing plate 10 to a roll-shape printing blanket 13 the surface of which has a silicone rubber sheet 13a, and thereafter the ink 11 is transferred from the printing blanket 13 to a body 16 to be transferred while rotating the printing blanket 13, the silicone rubber sheet 13a is dried by making the temperature of the printing blanket 13 70 to 130°C by irradiating the silicone rubber sheet 13a on the surface of the printing blanket 13 with microwaves after transferring the printing ink 11 from the printing blanket 13 to the body 16 to be transferred.
