<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method where, using biologically photosynthetic bacteria, alcoholic beverage lees are subjected to flocculation separation in a short time, and are subjected to solid-liquid separation, thus the volume of the solid content is reduced, the BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) of a separate liquid is reduced, a load on the cost of energy in a large quantity is eliminated, the initial investment and running cost of plant constitution are suppressed, odor is suppressed, and treatment time is reduced, and to provide an apparatus for treating the same. <P>SOLUTION: A dilution aqueous solution comprising photosynthetic bacteria is mixed with an alcoholic beverage lees raw liquid while being diluted, and/or they are simultaneously mixed and stirred, the mixture is subjected to flocculation separation in a short time, and, by a solid-liquid separation step where the flocculation separate liquid subjected to the flocculation separation is made into a solid content and a separate liquid using a solid/liquid separation device, the volume of the solid content is reduced. Further, the obtained separate liquid is subjected to a mixing step, and, using a continuous centrifugal separation device, alcoholic beverage lees are subjected to solid-liquid separation treatment in a short time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
