PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which can effectively execute operation verification for a phase adjustment circuit, in a data receiving circuit.

SOLUTION: The structure for operation verification has a phase adjustment means which has a phase adjustment function of automatically adjusting the phases among a plurality of received data signals and a clock signal, a phase providing means for providing a specified amount of phase to the clock signal inputted to each phase adjustment means; a provided phase change means for changing a specified amount of phase that each phase adjustment means is provided by the phase providing means in a specified mode; and a storing means for storing an operation result of the phase adjustment function which is performed by each of the phase adjustment means, into a storage means.
