<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal decomposition treatment system having a high thermal efficiency without raising the problems of the wear of an apparatus due to the sludge and the accumulation at the use spot of the decomposition oil. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal decomposition treatment system 10 is equipped with the pyrolysis apparatus 11 having the pyrolysis furnace 11a into which organic materials to be treated are charged, the hot air generating furnace 30 that sends hot air to the pyrolysis furnace 11a of the pyrolysis apparatus 11, the pyrolysis gas ejector 16 for producing the decomposition oil by condensing the pyrolysis gas generated in the pyrolysis furnace 11, the decomposition oil separator 17 that reserves the decomposition oil generated at the pyrolysis gas ejector 16, and the decomposition oil cooler 19 that cools the decomposition oil from the decomposition oil separator 17. Between the decomposition oil separator 17 and the decomposition oil cooler 19 there is installed the circulating pump 18 and the decomposition oil from the decomposition oil cooler 19 is sent to the pyrolysis gas ejector 16 to be used as a condensing cooling source. The off-gas discharged from the decomposition oil in the decomposition oil separator 17 is sucked by the off-gas suction ejector 33 to become a heating source of the hot air generating furnace 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
