PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for compensating for a current error caused by a source voltage variation for a semiconductor integrated circuit device including a constant current circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device includes the constant current circuit composed of a current mirror circuit, a current compensating circuit 101 which compensates for an error current of the constant current circuit, and a ring oscillator 102.
