PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pantyhose hard to cause run and excellent in fit property through specifying the index of run at the thigh part of the pantyhose and specifying garment pressure of the pantyhose. SOLUTION: The pantyhose uses coated elastic yarns obtained by winding polyamid-based synthetic fiber filament or polyester-based synthetic fiber filament around a polyurethane elastic yarn, or is made by directly weaving the polyurethane elastic fiber and the polyamid-based synthetic fiber filament or the polyester-based synthetic fiber filament, wherein the index of run is 0.01-5 cm, and the garment pressure below the knee is≥5 mmHg.
