PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipophilic component-containing powder readily making the lipophilic component in stable and minute emulsified oil droplets by using a small amount of emulsifying agent based on an amount of the lipophilic component even when kept in a vehicle-containing state and effectively suppressing oozing-out of the oil when applying secondary processing such as compaction/molding to the lipophilic component and to provide a method for producing the powder. SOLUTION: The present invention provides lipophilic component-containing powder obtained by drying (A) a lipophilic component, (B) an amphipathic polymer containing the units represented by formulas (1) and (2) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>are each H or a 1-5C alkyl group; X is an anionic group; Y is a hydrophobic group) in a specific ratio and (C) an O/W type emulsified material containing a vehicle and water and provides a method for producing the powder.
