PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead console device capable of enhancing serviceability, reducing the number of components, and simplifying a structure. SOLUTION: The overhead console device 10 comprises a housing 20 arranged on a ceiling in a cabin, a first movable member 30 which is provided with a mirror M and mounted on the housing 10 in a turnably opening/closing manner while the mirror M appears when the first movable member is downwardly turned and opened with respect to the housing 10, and a second movable member 40 which is provided with a glove compartment space S, and mounted on the first movable member 30 in a turnably opening/closing manner, and capable of using the glove compartment space S when the second movable member is downwardly turned and opened with respect to the first movable member 30.
