PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic radial tire capable of improving workability at the time of manufacture of the tire of a bead part to form the bead part having good properties. SOLUTION: When the pneumatic radial tire having the bead filler arranged diametrally outside of a pair of bead cores is manufactured, a plurality of slits 20 are provided to the bead filler 14R in a raw rubber stage on the side of the outer peripheral surface of the tire. By this constitution, the bead filler can be made easy to bend to the width E in the width direction of the tire. Further, since the squeeze of rubber from the bead filler 14R is reduced at the time of falling, the occurrence of the entry of air into the side surface of the bead filler 14R can be prevented.
