PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a structure easy to adjust pressed contact force between a plurality of hard-push cutting teeth radially embedded toward a rotor peripheral surface and an opposite tooth rest. SOLUTION: A receive rod is provided in each of a plurality of grooves radially opened on the peripheral surface of the rotor to extend along a lower side of the plurality of cutting teeth provided in the grooves. In addition, screw supporting members are provided around a shaft protruding from both sides of the rotor. Tips of a plurality of screw rods supported by both screw supporting members are engaged with both ends of the receive rod. The receive rod is pulled up along the groove by traction due to the rotation of each screw rod. Thus, pressed contact force of each cutting tooth supported by each receive rod to the opposite tool rest is adjusted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
