PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep cleaner a user's private parts or the like after excretion. SOLUTION: This excrement disposal apparatus 14 comprises an air compressor 205 sucking and storing excrement in a diaper cup 12 surrounding the user's hips and buttocks, into an excrement tank 200. The excrement disposal apparatus 14 is constituted to detect a free space in the excrement tank 200 and to forbid suction of excrement in the diaper cup when the free space in the excrement tank is smaller than the amount of excretion of the user at a time.
