PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent-quality yeast-raised dough by placing a yeast raising container when making natural yeast-raised bread-dough using an automatic bread-maker, at the central part of a baking chamber of a bread-maker body without using a cooking container and preventing the bread-dough from being easily affected by effects of temperature fluctuations of the baking chamber. SOLUTION: This automatic bread-maker 1 includes the cooking container 2 having a stirring means 21 for kneading bread-making materials put therein, the bread-maker body 3 having the baking chamber 4 having a heater 43 as a heating means, storing the cooking container 2 and heating it, and a control means 8 for controlling the heater 43 and the stirring means 21; and is further includes a yeast-raising container 5 for raising the natural yeast, besides the cooking container 2; wherein the yeast-raising container 5 is formed of a low-heat-conduction material, and the yeast-raising container 5 is stored in the baking chamber 4 to ferment and proliferate yeast fungi.
