摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing an electroconductive fiber. SOLUTION: The method for producing the electroconductive fiber includes the following process: glass fibers 2 are immersed in a transparent electroconductive material liquid L in a storage tank, and the surface of the glass fibers are coated with the transparent electroconductive liquid L. The glass fibers coated with the electroconductive liquid L are sintered in a baking furnace 12 at 200-300°C for 30 min under the atomospheric pressure. Thereby, electrically conductive microparticles consisting of an indium-tin alloy are formed into a sintered form, the microparticles are mutually welded and oxidized into sintered ITO film of porous structure and covers the surfaces of the glass fibers 2. The resultant glass fibers 2 is the objective transparent electroconductive fiber 1. The electroconductive fibers 1 can be made into an electroconductive woven fabric by using a loom or the like. The woven fabric thus produced is an ultraviolet light-cutting fabric because the sintered ITO film absorbs ultraviolet light and transmits no ultraviolet light. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
