PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a resin sealing mold and an entire resin sealing device. SOLUTION: An unloader 140 which enters the openable/closable resin sealing mold 106 and transports a member from the mold 106 has a mold entrance part 142 which can enter the mold 106, a chuck part 146 provided in the mold entrance part to hold the member, an unloader body 141 which supports the mold entrance part 142 without entering the mold 106, and a guide rail 144 set in the unloader body 141 without entering the mold 106.
