PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to a call by radio communication to which a remote controller is applied, and further to prevent howling when speech communication is established. SOLUTION: When a resident present in a location place away from the installation location of a living room master unit where the human sensor of the living room master unit does not operate performs a responding operation using a response button 301 of the remote controller 3, not only an input of a voice from a master unit microphone is invalidated and an output of a voice from a master unit speaker is validated but also an amplification degree of the voice outputted from the master unit speaker is set to such a high amplification degree that it can be listened to at a distance away from the installation location of the living room master unit.
