PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-sealed electronic controller that can analyze the faults of an electronic circuit, easily and at low cost. SOLUTION: The electronic controller 20 comprises a substrate 5 wherein a conductor pattern 12 is formed; a solder bump 7 for electrical checking that is formed on the substrate 5 for electric connection with the conductor pattern 12; a plurality of surface-mounting type electronic parts 4 and 8 and a microcomputer 6 that are mounted on the substrate 5; a water-proof connector 1 that is connected with the conductor pattern 12 formed on the substrate 5 and is provided with a plurality of terminals 2 for electric connection with the outside; and a resin 3 that integrally seals at least a part of the substrate 5, the solder bump 7, the surface-mounting type electronic parts 4 and 8, the microcomputer 6, and the water-proof connector 1.
