PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment capable of fixing components to a panel by a compact arrangement. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment is equipped with a rear panel 1, a double-sided adhesive tape 4a, an operation button unit 3, and a light-guide piece 2. The rear panel 1 is equipped with a light-guide hole 11, and constitutes a cabinet of its own device. The double-sided adhesive tape 4a is installed on the rear panel 1. The operation button unit 3 is equipped with a regulating pin 31, and fixed to the rear panel 1 via the double-sided adhesive tape 4a.
