PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve chip processing during drilling work in a throw away end mill capable of three-dimensional cutting. SOLUTION: A throw away end mill provided with a bottom blade arranged on a crossing ridge formed by the upper surface and the side surface and disposed on the tip end portion of the tool body, so as to be formed in a recess shape to gradually reduce thickness toward its center in the tip end face view of the tool body; a breaker wall arranged on the upper surface along this bottom blade; and a recess portion positioned on the upper surface between the breaker wall and the bottom blade, formed along the bottom blade, and recessed to a sitting surface side, wherein the breaker wall has a wide part where a width formed by the upper end of the breaker wall and the bottom of the recess portion in a thickness direction of a chip body becomes widest at a part where the width formed by the upper end of the breaker wall and the bottom blade in the thickness direction of the chip body becomes widest, and a rake angle of both end portions in the bottom blade is larger than that of other part of the bottom blade.
