PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase change memory device and a method for forming the same. SOLUTION: This device comprises an adhesive pattern made of a substance containing carbon, while being disposed between a heating electrode and a phase change material pattern. The heating electrode, the adhesive pattern and the phase change material pattern adhere to each other with an extremely excellent adhesive force by using the adhesive pattern.
