An integrated noise filter and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to divide signals and noise by securing a scud property of steep gradient by an LC filter. An integrated noise filter includes a magnetic layer, a varistor layer, and diffusion preventing layers(200,400). The magnetic layer is composed of a plurality of layers, has via holes(20) for electrically conducting through the layers, and includes an internal electrode pattern. The internal electrode pattern is connected to the via hole. The varistor layer is composed of a plurality of layers and includes barrier electrode layers(30) and an internal electrode pattern. The barrier electrode layers are formed on top and bottom layers for preventing diffusion. The internal electrode pattern is formed on a medium layer having a ground terminal and a capacitor. One of the diffusion preventing layer is interposed between the magnetic layer and the varistor layer and prevents diffusion between the magnetic layer and the varistor layer. |
