A lightweight foreign material removal device of a construction waste recycling line is provided to blow away lightweight foreign materials by the air jetted from rear spray nozzles. In a lightweight foreign material removal device of a construction waste recycling line, a housing(10) having opened front and rear sides is assembled to a frame(100) of a conveyor belt(101) moving recycled aggregates(50) to a product open storage yard, by bolts and nuts. A front central separating plate(11) is erectly set up at the inner front side of the housing to divide the center part of recycled aggregates and spread the recycled aggregates to the left and right side. A front low-pressure air feed pipe(14) is fixed at the housing right behind the front central separating plate, in order to blow away nonmetal foreign materials included in the recycled aggregates, to the opposite side of the movement direction of the recycled aggregates by jetting the low-pressure air through spray nozzles(15). Inclined plates(12) are symmetrically fixed in the housing right behind the front low-pressure air feed pipe, in order to collect and mix the recycled aggregates spread by the front central separating plate, to the center again. A rear central separating plate is erectly installed in the housing behind the inclined plate, to divide the center part of the recycled aggregates collected in the center by the inclined plate and to spread the recycled aggregates to the left and right side. A rear low-pressure air feed pipe is fixed at the housing right behind the rear central separating plate, in order to blow away nonmetal foreign materials included in the recycled aggregates, to the opposite side of the movement direction of the recycled aggregates by jetting the low-pressure air through spray nozzles. |
