摘要 A sound absorption board containing bi-component fibers and a thermoplastic fiber with a high melting point, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to raise the sound absorption property by having numerous pores with a three dimensional network type structure, and to realize recycling and environment-friendly properties without using harmful adhesives. A sound absorption board of 1000-3000 g/m^2 and 3-9.1 mm thickness is formed by melting and compressing the composite non-woven fabric containing a bi-component fiber of a sheath-core type and a high melting point polyester fiber. The bi-component fiber contains a low melting point polyester copolymer as the sheath part and a crystal polyester as the core part. The bi-component fiber also contains a glycol modified polyethylene terephthalate as the sheath part and a crystal polyester as the core part. The bi-component fiber also contains a high density polyethylene as the sheath part and a crystal polyester as the core part. The bi-component fiber also contains a high density polyethylene as the sheath part and a crystal polypropylene as the core part. The bi-component fiber also contains a polyethylene as the sheath part and a crystal polypropylene as the core part. The fineness and the length of the low melting point polyester fiber are 2-15 denier and 50-80 cm respectively. Further, a melting point of core is 240 to 270°C and a melting point of sheath is 80 to 180°C.
