FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUIT AND DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

A flexible circuit film and a display device having the same are provided to shield an electromagnetic wave generated from a driving chip simply by using an electromagnetic wave shielding unit electrically connected to a display panel. A display device(100) includes a display panel(200), a driving chip(300), and a flexible circuit film(400). The display panel displays an image. The driving chip controls the display panel. The flexible circuit film has a film body unit(410) connected to the display panel and an electromagnetic wave shielding unit(420) extended from the film body unit to cover the driving chip. The film body unit has a first insulating layer, a first conductive layer formed on one surface of the first insulating layer, and a second insulating layer formed on the other surface of the first insulating layer. The electromagnetic wave shielding unit has a first cover layer extended from the first insulating layer, a shielding layer extended from the first conductive layer, and a second cover layer extended from the second insulating layer.
