An apparatus for stabilizing the locking temperature of a YIG(Yittrium Iron Garnet) oscillator in a phase-locked loop is provided to compensate a slope angle changed by variation in temperature of the YIG oscillator. An apparatus for stabilizing the locking temperature of a YIG oscillator in a phase-locked loop includes a phase detector(11), a charge pump(12), a YIG oscillator(13), a divider(14), an analog/digital converter(15), a temperature sensor(16), a controller(17), and a digital/analog converter(18). The phase detector compares a divided input frequency with a reference frequency to output a pulse to the charge pump and output a lock or unlock signal to the controller. The YIG oscillator outputs an oscillation frequency corresponding to a voltage outputted from the charge pump. The analog/digital converter detects a voltage outputted from the charge pump and converts the detected voltage into a digital value to input the converted value into the controller. The temperature sensor senses a temperature around the YIG oscillator. The digital/analog converter compensates the YIG oscillator with a digital/analog conversion value outputted from the control unit. |
