A hydraulic breaker having a ripper function is provided to fulfill a ripper function, and to widen a gap of bedrock, or pull or drag down the crushed bedrock easily by using a lower chisel. A hydraulic breaker having a ripper function comprises an upper coupling body coupled with a boom of an excavator, a nitrogen gas filling unit, a main body attached with an actuator such as a hydraulic circuit and a hydraulic cylinder, and a chisel exposed to the appointed length from the bottom of the main body to crush bedrock, wherein the bottom of the chisel vibrates to crush bedrock. To offer a ripper function to the hydraulic breaker, the chisel is divided into an upper chisel(10) and a lower chisel(12) which are connected by a hinge to let the lower chisel make angular rotation using a hydraulic pressure drive device(30), wherein the hydraulic pressure drive device includes a hydraulic cylinder(24) mounted to a hydraulic pressure drive device mounting space(22) of the upper chisel.
