Equipment for transferring a ship is provided to easily perform maintenance as well as to remove a cause of generating accidents without requiring a number of conventional hydraulic hoses and power cables. Equipment(100) for transferring a ship includes a bottom frame(110), a hydraulic cylinder(120), a top frame(130), a driving member(140), and a power pack(150). The driving member effectively drives the equipment as well as keeps a maintenance work easily by being positioned at a side surface of the bottom frame. The driving member has a first gear(141), a second gear(142), a third gear(143), a fourth gear(144), a driving gear(145), and a driving motor(146). The first gear is formed at a center of an external side of a wheel(111). The second gear is engaged with the first gear by being installed to rotate at one side of the bottom frame. The third gear is engaged with the second gear by being installed to rotate at one side of the bottom frame. The fourth gear is formed on one side of the third gear. The driving motor is formed on an end of the driving motor engaged with the fourth gear by being installed on a top side of the bottom frame.
