An apparatus for producing a compound mat is provided to support a pressing roller by using a hydraulic unit to maintain the interval of pressing rollers through a predetermined pressing force. An apparatus for producing a compound mat includes a pressing roller(40) and a hydraulic pressure unit(50). A hydraulic cylinder is fixed onto an upper end of a fixing frame(10) provided at left and right sides of the pressing roller. A connection rod is installed at the lower portion of the hydraulic cylinder so that the connection rod moves according to the introduction and the withdraw of a hydraulic oil. A flange is installed at a terminal end of the connection rod so that the flange is fixed to a movable frame.
