A digital-analog converter, and a data driver and a flat panel display using the same are provided to reduce area thereof by minimizing the number of switches included in the digital-analog converter. A digital-analog converter includes a controller, a voltage generator(2041), first and second switches(SW1,SW2), capacitors(C1), and shift registers(200). The controller generates first and second control signals. The voltage generator includes plural resistors for distributing first and second voltages. The first switches are connected to respective nodes of the resistors. The capacitors, which are connected to the first switches, charge voltages corresponding to turn on/ off of the first switches. The second switches, connected to the first switches, deliver the first and second control signals from the controller to the first switches. The shift registers, connected to the second switches, supply reset signals or shift signals.
