<p>The device (1) has a circular rotative cutting tool (7) movably mounted on one of jaws (3, 4). The tool is driven in displacement between a cutting position in which a cutting edge (9) of the tool is extended in withdrawal or outcrop of housing (5), and a cutting position in which the edge is extended in a projection inside the housing. The tool is driven between a circular cutting position in which the edge is orthogonal along a longitudinal axis of an elongated body (2) and a longitudinal cutting position in which the edge is parallel along the axis of the body.</p> |
