BULB COATING APPARATUS AND BULB COATING METHOD

A bulb coating apparatus and a bulb coating method are provided to coat uniformly a coating material on a plurality of bulbs by using a flow rate control unit. A holder(22) is formed to hold a plurality of bulbs(G) along one direction. A plurality of injection nozzles(14) are arranged at positions corresponding to ends of the bulbs in order to inject high-temperature gas into the inside of the bulbs. A flow rate control unit controls a flow rate of the high-temperature gas applied to the bulbs. The flow rate control unit includes a plurality of valves for opening/closing flow paths installed in the inside of the injection nozzles. The flow rate control unit includes a plurality of sensors for sensing the flow rate of the high-temperature gas and a controller for adjusting the valves according to sensed results of the sensors.
