A wireless system, a semiconductor device, and a communication device are provided to acquire a processing result from other function circuits in a case that partial function circuits are destroyed mechanically or electrically and can not respond to a normal processing result in the semiconductor device, thereby improving reliability. A wireless system includes a semiconductor device and a communication device. The semiconductor device includes plural function circuits(105~110) and transmits the processing signals of the plural function circuits. The communication device includes a transceiving circuit(111), an operation processing circuit(112), and a computation processing unit(113), and receives the processing signals. The processing signals are transmitted in unit time intervals. The operation processing circuit of the communication device processes the processing signals by a majority decision.
